The reading did not arrive

A reading is composed within minutes; if you allowed notifications, it announces itself when it is ready. If it has been longer than an hour, reopen the app. If the reading is still missing, write to us and it will be found.

A new phone, or a reinstall

Your readings are kept. On a new device, restore your purchase inside the app and your reading history returns with it. Nothing is lost with the phone.

Subscription, payment, refunds

The subscription is handled entirely by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the paid period. For refunds, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Payment details never reach us.

Your data

Bookseer has no accounts, and we do not know your name. The little we receive is described in the privacy policy. If you want your readings deleted, write to us.
